Two museums of art and modern theatres bring out the musician and actor in these students. The campus has a balanced feel, almost spiritual, to the environment and students relate well to this. The issue of sustainability is addressed daily here, as these students want to prepare to live with the finite natural resources in the 21st century.
Students reside in green residential halls, which were built with recycled materials, using natural sources of light and heated by geothermal means. In order to save potable water, rain is collected to flush toilets. Without a doubt, students here are or become activists in a variety of nature conservancy efforts.
